Guest House 3 Stars Amalfi

A lovely place with wonderful people, a perfect location, and a great view. They waited for us when we arrived late at night, then arranged a taxi so we could go out to dinner. They also arranged a scooter and everything we wanted. Highly recommend.

This B&B is in a renovated old house with lots of character, a lovely view, and a romantic feel. We had some initial trouble with the hot showers and heating, but still enjoyed our stay. It’s a 10-minute bus ride from Amalfi harbor. Since the host is a pastry chef, breakfast is Italian style. If you prefer something simpler, let them know ahead of time and they can provide cereal, milk, and so on. Our private patio had a table and chairs where we could relax and look out at the sea and lemon orchard. There’s a grocery store right next door where you can get a fresh sub for a day exploring the area.

The owners were really friendly and went out of their way to make us happy, including catering for special dietary needs. It’s a welcoming place with great rooms. The setting is quiet and quaint up on the hill, and there are two buses nearby that you can hop on to get into town or to the hikes. A perfect spot if you’re visiting Amalfi. Grazie mille!!!!
