We left because the setting and service weren’t what we’d hoped for from a romantic dinner. The seating area looked very different from the online photos, with tables on uneven ground and an unprofessional feel. When I asked a woman where the restaurant reception was and where we could sit, she answered sarcastically and arrogantly. We were handed menus before sitting down and expected to choose straight away, so we politely decided to go. Then she was rude and insisted that we move our car from a nearby parking spot, even though we were already going to. She watched us walk to the car and drive off. This happened two nights ago when I came with my boyfriend, and it was a massive letdown.

I really don’t want to leave Coreca. The people working here have been incredibly kind and helpful, and I’ve loved my time here. It feels like a little piece of paradise.

I’ve been here twice, and it’s a lovely escape from a stressful life. The sea is clean and colorful, and you’re surrounded by nature, away from the city and close to the beach.

A nice spot by the beach, with beautiful sunsets right in front of it.
