The beach area is only a 10-minute walk away, and the large terrace was one of our favorite things. The apartment is new, clean, and has what you need for a pleasant stay. The owners are friendly and helpful, and we’ll definitely be back.

The place is beautifully furnished, the beds are so comfortable, and the managers were kind, attentive, and very helpful. It’s just 5 minutes from the large beach at Fiumaretta, and well placed for visiting the area. We’ll certainly return. Highly recommended without hesitation. Rating: 10.

We spent a summer stay here as a family and loved the cozy, clean apartment. It has a lovely terrace where you can relax in the shade of the pine trees, and it’s centrally located near the sea. We reached Lerici, Sarzana, and Marina di Carrara in just a few minutes and enjoyed some wonderful evenings there. The apartment is beautiful and comes with all the appliances you don’t usually find in a vacation rental.

The apartment was recently renovated and is spacious, bright, and very well maintained. It’s equipped with every comfort and was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back.
