We had a great 10-day stay in room "Lisa". The decor was lovely, everything was clean, and the service was great. What really made it was the incredibly kind family. Lisa shared some very useful tips, and the location suited us perfectly for exploring the area. We'd recommend staying here to anyone.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and there was private parking. Our air-conditioned room was very clean and had all the amenities. Quite a few sights were nearby, though we didn't get a chance to visit them, apart from the gelato place close by.

Lisa made us feel welcome at this family-run place, and she was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Giò's Rooms was a lovely find, with competitive prices and a brand-new property that was tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It's near Ameglia, making a handy base for Ameglia, Sarzana, and Lerici, all only a few kilometers away. Highly recommended.

The rooms have all been recently renovated and were clean, comfortable, and just right. Lisa and her family made us feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful. We'll be back as soon as we get the chance. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Private parking and a handy location made it easy to get around. It's close to the sea, though not right on the water, and we'd be glad to return. The room was modern, nicely furnished, and thoughtfully cared for, with every amenity you could ask for. Even the bathroom had quality shampoo and all the personal care products. The owner was one of the sweetest, kindest, most helpful people I've met. She knew the area well, explained things with a smile, and was lovely to talk with.
