The owner runs the place by herself and was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, lovely, and very clean. We stayed three nights in September 2021 in this B&B, in an old townhouse close to Porta Romana and right beside Museo Civico. One thing to know: despite the name, breakfast wasn't provided. There are plenty of cafés and coffee bars nearby within walking distance.

The room was in a period residence, probably the loveliest I've ever seen. Hospitality was excellent, and the location was great too. Breakfast could use a little improvement. Thanks, and see you soon.

The building is impressive, though you can see its age, and the renovation is modest because of Fine Arts regulations. Still, it's well placed for the historic center of Amelia and Lago Vecchio city park below. We had a very good stay thanks to the friendly, welcoming way Patrizia and Antonella manage the place. The room and bathroom were spacious and more than clean enough.
