The staff were so warm and helpful, and the location is great. There’s parking nearby with a superb view. The weather didn’t cooperate, so we couldn’t enjoy the view from the lunch room, though I imagine it’s even more impressive on a clear day. Sound carries between rooms, especially at night, but for the room price, the view and the staff’s kindness made it well worth it. We’d recommend it.

The view over Lago d’Orta is beautiful, and the staff are pretty friendly. The rooms and restaurant felt quite worn, though, so the price didn’t feel fair for what we got.

We only stayed one night, so the weak soundproofing wasn’t a big issue. The place has a historic feel, and although the facilities are basic, we enjoyed dinner at the nice restaurant.

The owners were so polite and thoughtful that they even saved us breakfast after service had ended, by over an hour. We spent two days here and loved the peaceful location, just five minutes from Lago D'Orta. The property is charming, and the restaurant has one of the lake’s best views. A lovely base for relaxing and exploring the Lake Orta region.
