Rita made the stay feel smooth and stress-free, responding to all my questions promptly and professionally before I arrived. At check-in she gave me detailed advice about what to see, how to reach places, and how to book the ferry for a better price. She and the whole team were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel also offers a handy transfer to the nearest bus stop. Breakfast is typically Italian, with eggs, cheese, cold cuts, and cereals as well, so there’s something for everyone. I had a wonderful experience at hotel Bussola and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

I slept like a baby in this quiet hotel, tucked into one of Anacapri’s side alleys. My room was sparkling clean, with a refrigerator, aircon/heating, a safe, and a lovely view from the window/balcony. The pool area was fantastic, with a small pool bar. The welcome at check-in was warm and personal, and I got lots of useful information then and over the following days. The owners and staff were professional, lovable, and always happy to chat, ask about my plans, and hear how my days went. The decor and amenities were lovely, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was typically Italian, with various cornettos and freshly made coffee specialties, as well as cold cuts, cheese, and some cereals. I had a wonderful time and hope to come back!

The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better, but I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and we got good value for money. Our room had two areas separated from each other, which was great, and the views from it were lovely. The hotel itself looks beautiful, with great aesthetics, and the terrace was amazing. We enjoyed the location and breakfast too. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Comfort, guest relations, and value for money, all in an exclusive spot within walking distance of the nice places. Bring comfortable shoes for the stairs! I had the best BIRTHDAY EVER at this property in ANA CAPRI, with a SUPER HOST who is a REAL INTERNATIONAL WOMAN. THANK YOU RITA!!!!!! Tack så mycket, Danke Schon, Grazie Mille, merci beaucoup!
