The bathroom was filthy, with hair, and the pillowcases had yellow stains. The sheets were torn too. We were there on September 10th with my husband and our three children. The lady told us the kitchen was being renovated and couldn't be accessed, but there were only three cappuccino pods and two coffee pods, one already used. The worst part was hearing someone snoring loudly inside the kitchen, while also overhearing our conversations. I messaged the owner right away. She said she knew nothing about it and didn't even know someone was in the house. She said she'd look into it the next morning, but she'd already taken our money and didn't seem to care. She didn't even apologize. Disgusting.
