Very central, good location. As suggestions next time it would be great to meet the host instead of texting and get at least small breakfast. They are offering a coffee machine and tea.

Perfect location, just above Piazza del Papa (Piazza del Plebiscito), so very central!!! Welcoming, clean, spacious room, new (private) bathroom, WiFi, and a terrace in the common area, perfect for smokers. On the downside... There's no elevator, and not all the mattresses were comfortable in my opinion; I found them too soft.

We found the apartment very dirty, with several unwashed utensils and no clean dishcloths. They fixed the mess by cleaning the day after our arrival. The utensils were fewer than the ones the hosts provided, but they made up for it by buying them the next day. We were told we would pay a certain amount for parking, but due to their lack of organization, this wasn't the case. They then fixed the mess by taking us to a free parking lot.
