B&B Villa Colle

We felt right at home here for our four days. Laura and her husband, daughter, and partner were lovely, fun, animal-loving people, and they have three gorgeous dogs. Laura was especially helpful with suggestions for places to see and restaurants. She even made us apricot jam and picked fresh peaches and cherry tomatoes from the garden. We’re a young couple, and the location worked really well for getting to the Conero beaches. We visited Mezzavalle, Portonovo, Sirolo, San Michele, Sassi Bianchi, and Numana, and went trekking on Mount Conero at Belvedere Sud. Our room was spotless, and the service felt five-star. We also made most of our meals in the kitchen and ate at the garden table in the shade. Breakfast was simple and delicious, and they easily accommodated our few allergies. Thank you so much, Laura.

Laura and Marco treated me like family. They welcomed me and my little dog on a cold, rainy day after other hotels had turned us away. Their care was warm and professional, and the place itself is so quiet, with impeccable decor and cleanliness. I’d recommend it a thousand times for the service, quality, and price.

The hosts, Laura and Marco, are wonderful, and Laura’s freshly made cakes make breakfast superb. The B&B has a panoramic setting away from the city bustle, but Ancona’s center is only a five-minute bus ride away. Portonovo beach is 7 km off, and the handy shuttle stops right outside. A great place to stay in Ancona.

We were two adults and two kids, aged 7 and 10, and stayed for a week. The kitchen and garden were really handy, and there was parking too. The rooms were clean, and the location made it easy to see the area’s wonders. Laura and Marco made the holiday even better with their tips for picturesque places and typical restaurants at excellent prices. Five well-deserved stars!
