The location is a real plus, very close to the city center, and the host is friendly, though replies can be slow. At this price it was fine, but be careful if you’re expecting a hotel. It felt more like a hostel: you basically prepare your own breakfast, wash the dishes, and share a bathroom, which I had expected. Breakfast supplies were VERY basic and weren’t replenished daily. The furniture and cleanliness were a bit haphazard. The mattress was very worn, and the sheet was too small and kept slipping off. The much praised view was just all right.

My train was cancelled at the last minute for technical reasons, so I had to cancel my trip to Ancona. I asked to move the reservation to another day, but the owner refused and wouldn’t hear me out. They were really unpleasant and, after I insisted a lot, still made me pay for the whole night. I was extremely disappointed and don’t recommend this place at all. They showed no commercial spirit. Don’t come!

The host was very generous and considerate about my schedule. Everything was clean and well kept, so I’d definitely recommend visiting. Thank you!

Our delay was only 10 minutes and wasn't our fault, it was anek's, but the guy still charged us 20 euros.

Stay away from this place. The host is rude and unpleasant. Don't choose it!
