We arrived at the agreed time, but there was no boat. They never messaged me about the problem, so I traveled for 1.5 hours for nothing and lost a day. This was completely unprofessional. Apparently they don’t do preventive maintenance, and when something breaks, they don’t let you know in time. All we got were excuses and nonsense. I’d never rent from these idiots. Don’t go here!

I cancelled more than 24 hours ahead, but because I’d paid upfront, they said there’d be a 50,- cancellation fee. My credit card company eventually reimbursed me. I rented a boat and only read the reviews afterward; the TripAdvisor ones are even worse. The photos match what you’ll find, and the reviews are true. There are plenty of rental boats in Ancona and Numana where you could have a nice time. Don’t book here, you’ll regret it. I’m sure the owner will reply saying I’m wrong, he never saw me, or I had no reservation, like he does with every negative review. That just makes him look foolish.

We decided against the tour because the boat was so old and dirty. The owner was extremely rude and called us “handicappati” along with other disgusting insults, all in front of a 4 yo child. We didn’t go out to sea, but other reviews raise serious questions about whether the boat is seaworthy. Read them too. Trust your instincts, this could end badly.

Angelo spoke good English and pointed out the different landmarks during the boat trip. It was beautiful, and we had an hour to swim. A shower was ready for us afterward. Thank you!
