The owner’s behavior was awful. He was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, and after I complained about him and the condition of the B&B, he threatened over the phone to come and slap me. The place itself was filthy: the toilet had feces in it, the shower was dirty, the sheets had other people’s hair on them, and there was dust everywhere. The carpet was badly stained, and the table was marked too. When we came back to pick up our bags, we saw the beds had been made without the sheets being changed. A truly horrible stay. I hope nobody else books it and that Booking.com takes action.
