The owner is friendly and professional, and the place is set in a peaceful area with private outdoor parking. Inside, there's a mezzanine with a double bed and a terrace, plus a small, clean bathroom with a shower. It's welcoming, clean, and has free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a kitchen with cooking utensils.

Marco was professional and helpful, thank you! We only stayed one night, but the loft was welcoming, well cared for, and had all the comforts we needed. It's also well placed for getting to the center of Ancona.

We arrived to a clean but cold apartment because the cleaner had left a window open. We were told what to do if the power went out, but nobody mentioned the small water heater. My daughter used up the hot water trying to warm herself, and then the lights went out. The flat can sleep four, but the heater holds just 15 liters, barely enough for one shower. So how are four people supposed to wash? You're right, politeness isn't for everyone, and neither is respect. Anyway, don't bother her again.
