La casa sul golfo

The owner was very friendly and always ready to make our stay special, and the service made the place feel welcoming and relaxing. At La Casa sul Golfo, the rooms were comfortable, elegant, and carefully furnished. The B&B has a beautiful view and a setting full of natural beauty. Prices seemed competitive for the experience. I'd recommend it for the views, the rooms, and the warm hospitality.

The villa has a spectacular view of the gulf, and there was free parking nearby. The room and bathroom were cozy. Breakfast included biscuits, coffee, tea, panettone, and delicious jams made by Oxana, who was very nice and always happy to suggest places to eat or things to see. We booked two nights after seeing all the positive reviews, but no one mentioned that the room was in the owner's home. It's upstairs, while she lives downstairs, and there's just one entrance. There's a large closet in the room, partly filled with her things, and the bedside table drawers also held her belongings. I gave it three stars because privacy was limited. You could hear the lady walking around, and anyone spending much time in the room might find that difficult. We were out most of the time and only came back to sleep. Still, Oxana was more than kind and helpful throughout our two days, and I have no complaint about her.

The owner's attentiveness, the cleaning, breakfast, and the lovely view from the location are all strong points. The room, though, is in a converted private home, and privacy is the one concern: it faces the owner's room. I didn't see this made clear in the booking details, though I might have missed it. It didn't bother me much since I was only there to sleep for a few hours, but it could be a nuisance for some guests. The three amenities are top-rated, and overall I found it an excellent place to stay.

Ocsana's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She laid out a wide choice at breakfast, including delicious homemade tarts and jams. The property is surrounded by nature, yet very close to the center of Ancona, with stunning views. Our room felt cozy and homely and had every comfort. A great choice for a relaxing weekend.
