We paid €35 per person, including for a 9-year-old girl, and got no basic service for that high bill. There was no refrigerator or air conditioning, and a duvet on the bed in May. The owner was kind and left cookies and fruit juice for breakfast the next day, and showed us how to open the doors by having each of us practice. The bathroom was nice, but had used supermarket shower gel and toilet paper that had already been used. The old building is neglected inside and out, with a stale smell as soon as you walk in. The room itself is nice, though the pizza smell overpowered everything. Cleanliness was poor. The sheets were filthy, paper thin, and looked so old they nearly tore just from looking at them. I can't believe they were ever washed. There were two blue towels on the bed, one for the bathroom and one for the face, and they smelled bad. I had to ask for shower towels as if they were optional, and didn't use them because everything smelled. It costs like a hotel, but has no amenities and no cleanliness. I absolutely don't recommend it. The bill was absurdly high.

We had an agreement that wasn't kept, and I was forced out of the room, with my luggage taken out too. The place constantly smelled bad, the tablecloths smelled like stagnant water, and housekeeping was practically nonexistent. When we opened the window to air things out, traffic noise came straight in, even at night. The rooms have no soundproofing. A truly awful experience, and I won't return.

The host was kind and helpful, and I was impressed by how clean everything was. Our double room was lovely and spacious, with its own private bathroom just outside the room. It's affordable, clean, and safe, and we stayed for two nights. The place is on the outskirts, but it felt quiet even at night. The bus stop is close, and you can get downtown in eight minutes. I'd happily return.

The location worked really well for the M.M. exams, just a six-minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything needed for a few days, and the owner was very kind and helpful.
