The place was overpriced and in a terrible location, and the owner was horrendous. He said he was charging extra for various reasons, but after consulting a lawyer, we found out he was doing it illegally to keep more money for himself. I wouldn't recommend staying in this house.

For four months, my friends and I, all students, felt the owner was just extorting money from us. He was shady and kept scamming us, in my view. We had friends around town, so we knew what places like this should cost, and later realized we were being charged too much. The house isn't central, it's far away in a poorer area. You can find much better and cheaper Airbnb options there. It's the most overpriced place in Ancona, and the owner was the worst. If I could give zero stars, I would.

A neat, clean place that's worth the price. The owner was friendly too, and even gave me a ride home. I liked it.

The atmosphere and the place were really good, and the owner was helpful and very nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Find somewhere better with a kinder landlord. The owner is rude and only cares about money.
