It wasn’t possible to check in early, not even by 30 minutes. The apartment smelled damp and musty and was very moldy. There was no soap in the bathroom, and we found hair from previous guests on the bed. In the evening there were lots of worms. The kitchen cutting boards were very dirty, and the grout in the shower was dirty too. I don’t recommend it.

The blankets were old and had no proper covers, and I felt disgusted sleeping with them. Some pillows were in bad shape, like two old, dusty pillows had been put inside one cover.

We had to cancel our booking, unfortunately, but Alessio kindly let us do so. Great customer service.

The apartments are a great size, the location is lovely, and the service was attentive.

6/10
The apartment was nice, and complimentary toiletries, including shower gel and soap, were provided. We did find a clump of hair in the shower, though, and dirt and cigarette butts by the entrance door. The historic center location is inconvenient for unloading a car, and even getting to a bar for coffee is a hassle, so a few coffee pods and a machine would have helped. The air conditioning suddenly shut off overnight and there was no way to turn it back on. The next day was scorching, and contacting the property on WhatsApp didn’t resolve it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.
