The food was good, though not exceptional, which is why I haven’t given five stars. I came as a ski rep with a school from England. The room sizes were spot on, some even large, and most had upgraded showers, though mine was tiny. Everything was kept very clean and tidy. The hotelier was accommodating with our many requests. Fiorella, the receptionist and bar person, made communication so easy with her excellent English. I hope I’ve spelled her name right. She deserves six stars on a personal level. Thank you.

The food was very good, with a vegetarian option each time, and the desserts were excellent. Staff were kind and helpful throughout, making the holiday relaxing and pleasant. It’s in a great spot opposite the ski lifts. The hotel felt clean and welcoming, with spacious, comfortable rooms that were cleaned and had towels changed every day. The only little flaw was a very small shower, though it worked fine. Recommended.

The owner and her daughters always gave us the information we needed for a relaxing, worry-free holiday. Staff handled every request professionally, and our room was always clean and smelled fresh. After years of traveling, I can finally say I’ve found a hotel that suits my needs. I can’t wait to come back when I get the chance...

We were at the Continental from January 2 to 6, 2025, and had a top vacation. The food was impeccable, with excellent ingredients, a great chef, and a rich, well-stocked buffet. Staff and management were kind and professional. The hotel has been almost completely renovated. Its common areas and rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It’s right opposite the ski slopes and just a two-minute walk from Andalo town square. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
