We found plenty to do nearby. Andalo Life had endless activities, Lake Molveno was so beautiful that the kids wanted to go back every day, and the gondola carried us up into the awe-inspiring mountains more than once. There was loads to do up there, including a challenging tree-climbing course that the children found rewarding. I only wish we'd made more use of the spa. The hotel itself was a wonderful place for our family of four in August. Its family history shows around the building, and they were happy to tell us about the old family timelines on display. The staff were lovely, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The kids were never bored. Our 7- and 11-year-old eventually felt comfortable wandering around the hotel and its indoor and outdoor play areas, chatting with staff and playing games. Meals were varied and consistently good. Staff took time to explain dishes and wines, and the local wines were incredible value. The children's entertainment was fun without being forced. My little boy was the only British child there, but both the staff and Italian families made him feel special. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The room was spacious and clean. I asked for a camping bed for my little one, but got a smaller bed instead. It worked out fine once we pushed all the beds together so hopefully my child wouldn't fall. We'd been told there would always be a vegetarian choice, but that wasn't the case. We managed somehow. The assisted buffet was a real struggle with kids. We had to keep getting up to fetch their food, so we couldn't sit down and eat normally. It also felt like we were given the minimum and had to ask for more, which wasn't nice. Some staff were lovely and friendly, while others seemed annoyed by any question. The miniclub was nice, though only the manager seemed to know how to handle the children. The other staff didn't seem to know how to manage the different ages. The little outdoor park for kids was very nice. The hotel isn't in town, which can be awkward with children, but it wasn't a terrible problem.

We had an unforgettable family ski holiday here. This family-run hotel sits right at the bottom of the ski lift, and the rooms were comfortable, clean and a good size. The food was exceptional, and having a spa and pool as an added extra made the trip even better. Thank you.

A pleasant, clean place to stay with my kids.
