Hotel Regent's

We came with a group and found the people nice, the rooms okay, and the parking plentiful. The hotel facilities were good, and meals were generous and tasty. Dinner had five courses, including two pasta courses. Breakfast was like a bakery dessert counter, with more sweets than I've ever seen. They even have a machine that pumps out Nutella. Make sure you know exactly when you're expected to eat, since the wait staff aren't always flexible.

A great place, with decent food.

The front desk lady said mosquitoes don't exist, which is a shame since other biting insects are attracted to lights at night too. We had to keep the balcony light on until 2 a.m., and there was no way to turn it off. Breakfast was acceptable, but the room was stiflingly hot. We had to sleep with the window open and the light on.

We spent a week at the Regent's Hotel and couldn't find a single flaw. Everything was very clean, from our room to all the shared spaces. All the staff were kind and helpful, and always accommodated our needs and special requests while we were travelling with a 2.5-year-old. The food was delicious at both dinner and breakfast. The location was excellent: the centre is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus to the slopes and town centre stops right outside the hotel door. The wellness centre was another highlight, especially the heated outdoor pool and sauna. I highly recommend it. In my opinion, the price is absolutely reasonable for everything the hotel offers.
