The people here made this feel like a place we'd want to return to. The cleaning staff left a little chocolate for the kids each day, along with local legends for them to read before bed. At the restaurant, we could ask for dishes that weren't on the menu, as long as we requested them in the morning. Dinner was excellent, with a different Italian menu every day and a good mix of Italian and Tyrolean recipes. Breakfast had a wide choice of sweet and savory food, and the afternoon spread of hot and cold food and drinks was just right after a day on the snow. There was plenty to do indoors too. The pool was large and fun for all ages, with a mushroom waterfall and three jacuzzi areas, one in a cave. The spa was lovely and kept clean throughout the day, the gym was a good size with decent equipment, and the family and kids' rooms were well equipped and clean. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and it was cleaned and tidied three times a day. There's also a big basement room in good condition for storing and drying ski gear. The hotel sits in the center of Andalo, two steps from the main road and about 200 meters from the ski slopes. It's nicely placed in the Alps, and the building itself is attractive.

The pool and small wellness area were a welcome way to ease tired bodies after skiing, and the hotel was clean with friendly staff. I also loved the traditional, cozy decor, which made it easy to unwind. The Italian food was delicious, too. We'd be happy to come back.

The kids' club and spa were a real bonus. We had a great stay, with lovely rooms, a very convenient location, and a restaurant that was always ready to help with what we needed.
