The flat was great, right in the city center, with a perfect mattress and clean, modern design throughout. The owner is a wonderful man, and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was nice too, with a voucher for a nearby bar for an Italian breakfast of coffee, a croissant, and water.

Francesco, the manager, was very kind and helpful. Arte' Andria is just steps from the historic center and main attractions, and the property is meticulously maintained. There’s a dining room and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The room has every comfort and a terrace with a truly stunning view of the bell tower. Andria is 17 km from Castel del Monte, and its beautiful historic center is definitely worth a visit.

Mr. Francesco’s kindness and helpfulness really stand out. The rooms look just like the photos, and the location is excellent. We’ll definitely return to this B&B, and would recommend it.

Mario and Lia were genuinely hospitable and kind, and provided everything we needed for a delicious breakfast. The new apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped for every need. You can park right in front and still be in the city center. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Andria and the surrounding area.

A relaxing, pleasant atmosphere, and the property is clean and welcoming. The owner is friendly and helpful. My room had a terrace, refrigerator, and air conditioning, and the place is right in the town center, an excellent location.
