6/10
The staff are very kind, and breakfast was nice, especially the excellent coffee, as you’d expect in Italy. The pool was nice too, but it was green most of the time. The air conditioning in my room was broken. Fixing issues like these would make it a four-star experience for this category.

8/10
The food is good, and there’s a large, attractive courtyard with a pool and outdoor terrace. Room quality was about 3 out of 5: some were clean and some weren’t. The place doesn’t have a huge capacity, around 100-150 people.

10/10
A good base in Andria, close to the bus station. The staff were professional and polite, and the rooms were spacious, clean, air-conditioned and not dusty. There’s also a pool.

The furnishings are a little dated, and the place feels mid-range. Still, the services work well, and the staff are kind and on hand.

Rooms are clean, and breakfast is decent.
