The apartment was such a find, cute, clean, and fully equipped. There was everything needed for breakfast in the fridge, including fresh fruit. Ms. Tina was kind and ready to help with anything. We stayed one night, and the place is ideally situated for walking around the city center, with several restaurants close by. The private covered parking in the building basement was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Right in the center, this comfortable place is well maintained and has all the conveniences. The owner was discreetly courteous, and the value for money was excellent.

The location made things very easy, just a few steps from Andria train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. I shared the apartment with a friend for a wedding in June. It was bright, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The owner had left fresh fruit in the fridge, plus snacks, cookies, juice, and bottled water. There are elevators to access each floor.

They met us to show us where to park and walked us to the house, which made for a very pleasant welcome from both of them. The rooms were clean, and they’d even left plenty of breakfast choices. It’s a quiet place, furnished with real care by the owner. I recommend it.

The breakfast was generous and nicely prepared, and the owner was very kind and attentive. The apartment is central, well kept, and a good fit for two people with children. I’d recommend it as a base for Castel del Monte and Murge Park.
