Casa Sara

Simone welcomed us herself, walked us through everything, and was quick to help when we needed the heating on a cooler evening. She's always happy to help and really has everything under control. The information folder is thorough and answers a lot of questions. We enjoyed the bottle of red wine she gave us on the terrace on a mild evening. Casa Sara lives up to its promises: the apartment was complete, in perfect condition, and very clean. The kitchen has what you need for Italian cooking. We liked that there were no leftover spices, oils, or other food from previous guests, since you never know how long those things have been there. It was better to buy fresh Italian ingredients from one of the many small grocery stores and take the rest home as a holiday memory. For a day out, Salò on Lake Garda is a lovely place to stroll and explore, especially in the shoulder seasons. Many parking spaces are free on weekdays, and there are nice restaurants with reasonably priced food. A perfect apartment in a beautiful, quiet area.
