The host and owner was especially kind and helpful. The place is fantastic, with heated floors, a great view, beautiful rooms and a lovely building. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Highly recommended!

Federico really went out of his way with information and support to make our stay special. The rooms are beautiful: two have gorgeous lake views, and the third looks out toward the pretty hillside town. We arrived on the Monday after Easter, when the ferry was running and the market was busy. The waterfront got crowded as the day went on, then was quiet again the next day and still lovely. I’d highly recommend this B&B.

The host was so nice, and the room design was beautiful. The location is wow! There’s a shared area with a fridge, plates, forks, and books you can borrow. It felt like a dream come true. Hopefully I’ll be back soon.

It’s not fancy, but it’s quaint and well appointed, with tasteful touches. The lake views around Bracciano are incomparable, and the town is wonderfully picturesque, with its medieval center on the hill. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and shops. I wanted to be fairly close to the airport for my last day in Italy, and this was about an hour away. It’s a super cute BnB in a restored and updated 15th century house, in an amazing location.

Federico was a great host, and I loved the lovely room and being so close to the lake. I’d been worried about finding parking, but it turned out to be much easier than I expected. Such a beautiful place to stay.
