The family, including their dog cico, made us feel so welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. This is a family-run hotel, and you can tell. Check-in was the best reception I've ever had. The rooms are very good, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. There's a car park onsite, so secure parking for my motorcycle and cars, which has a small extra charge, wasn't necessary. A wonderful stay, thanks to simon and the whole family.

8/10
The hotel staff were welcoming and took care of our needs and extra requests. Breakfast was nice, with fresh croissants, coffee, fruit, and cakes. The room was perfectly adequate, though the TV kept switching itself off, and we couldn't find any English channels. The location worked well for the beach, a lovely one just a 5 minute walk away. Anzio centre takes 15 minutes on foot and has a few shops, mini supermarkets, and expensive restaurants.

The rooms are quite old and need refurbishing. The internet never worked, even after I asked about it. It's convenient enough, but not very close to the beach, and Anzio centre is a 15 minute walk. Overall, pretty average and overpriced for what you get.

Orlando was a friendly, gracious host, and our room looked out over the sea. We had a happy, wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

It's a very basic hotel, though the staff were especially nice. The area felt deserted at night. The floor in the room and bathroom wasn't clean, and the hallways were very dark.
