You can get around town on foot from here, and breakfast is included for free. The rooms have been renovated recently, and both the bedroom and bathroom were great. The air conditioning worked really well, too. The staff were warm and friendly. I'd happily stay again, and would recommend this B&B if you're in Anzio.

What sticks with me most is the man serving breakfast. He looked a little rough around the edges, but he was so friendly and had a lovely warm smile. The welcome was warm too, the room was nice, and the location was good.

Our room was number 1, with a lovely balcony facing the sea. The place is modern and nicely furnished, and Monica was a very kind, helpful host. It's right downtown, just a short walk from the water. The B&B is on a square where you can park, though the blue spaces are paid. Highly recommended!

There are snacks, tea, coffee, and juice available around the clock in the shared space by the entrance. You can also hire a beach towel for €5. My partner and I spent one night here in central Anzio and had a great stay. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and our room was spotless and soundproofed. Water, shampoo, and shower gel were provided, and there was a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. Highly recommended!

The sea view and the easy walk to the center, port, and train station were lovely. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are practically right outside, which made for a worry-free stay. The room was beautiful, with a roomy bathroom, and we were welcomed warmly. An excellent B&B. Recommended.
