The shabby house

We really enjoyed the little outdoor dining area, with its booths and umbrella. The property is well equipped, and it’s easy to get to both the station and the center, with the seafront a short walk away. Andrea was helpful and courteous. Highly recommended 🤩

The apartment felt like home, with plenty of space, a cozy feel, and everything equipped. Andrea welcomed us warmly and even let us in before check-in time. We found coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and olive oil in the kitchen, plus a bottle of chilled mineral water in the fridge, such a thoughtful surprise after traveling in the heat. For our first trip to Italy, I wanted both beach time and places to explore, so Anzio, 60 km from Rome, seemed right. It turned out to be a beautiful city with very clean sea, and the apartment matched its website description and reviews. It’s two minutes from the station and seven from the beach, with a huge free parking lot right below the window, which is rare and really useful in tourist areas. We were there from September 6th to 11th, 2023. I’d recommend it 100%, and we’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Andrea!

The staff were so kind and helpful, and there’s a big free parking lot right outside. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the price was excellent for what we got. Completely satisfied, I’d recommend it!
