It wasn't a good stay. I booked well in advance and requested twin beds, but was given a double instead. The woman at reception wasn't very welcoming, the ensuite door wouldn't close properly, and one of the shower doors looked like it might fall off. There was a payment issue, and their first response was to threaten me with the police. It was sorted out within 20 minutes, but the confrontational way they handled it left a very sour taste. It's not cheap either. I've stayed in better places for less.

Even though we stayed just one night, the lovely staff made it a great, memorable visit. The balcony view was incredible too. I'd gladly return to Albergo Mancuso del Voison if I'm back in Aosta, and would recommend it to anyone skiing at Pila. It's only a short walk to the rentals and gondola.

We stayed overnight with friends on a ski trip, and the service was amazing. They let us leave our gear in their storage space, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and it's a quick walk into Aosta and to the Aosta-pila gondola. We'd definitely come back ❤️

The staff were quite friendly, and the hotel is only a few hundred meters from central Aosta. The room was basic and the beds only okay. We stayed in August, and without air conditioning the heat in the room was unbearable. There’s no parking or elevator.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the hosts were professional and helpful. For this location, the price is really good. It was a little noisy since our room was behind reception, and the bathtub-shower setup wasn’t very comfortable.
