Ivana and Remo made us feel welcome from the start. They’re warm, kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy, and they respond quickly whenever you need something. The apartment was spotless and well stocked for cooking or relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. The views of Pila, the city, and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. It’s in a quiet area with easy access to nearby hikes, a local winery, and several ski areas. The historic city center is about a 25 minute walk away. A must stay!

The balcony was our favourite place for morning coffee and to unwind at the end of the day. The gardens were lovely, and the view is stunning. We spent five days in Ivana’s attic apartment on our first trip to Aosta Valley. It was beautifully finished, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and Ivana was warm and helpful. Before leaving, we enjoyed a nice coffee with Ivana, her husband, and mother. We had such a wonderful few days and were sad to go!

We’ve been returning to Aosta and Appartamenti Bioula since 2011, and the hospitality is unmatched. Ivana and Remo are incredibly kind, usually close by since the apartment is above their home, and always ready to help with whatever you need. The apartment is spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking or entertaining, comfortable beds, a convenient washing machine, and a large closet in each bedroom. The balcony faces south, with peaks over Pila and lovely outdoor dining or sunbathing possible almost any time of year. The whole Aosta valley view is gorgeous, especially the morning and evening light on the snow capped peaks. It’s easy to find with Google Maps, about a 25-30 minute walk to old town Aosta, five minutes by car to Pila ski area, and close to several hiking trails. Highly recommended!

We’ve spent the last four years holidaying at Apartamenti Bioula, and every visit has been outstanding. The apartment is welcoming, comfortable, and has everything our group of four needs. The hosts are amazing, the views are spectacular, and skiing is easy to get to. Aosta has plenty to see, with lots to explore throughout the valley. Highly recommend.
