The cleanliness was truly shocking. There was hair everywhere, dirty bathroom fixtures, and dirty dishes. It didn’t look as if the place had been cleaned at all, let alone disinfected, and with a small child and the current circumstances, that was unacceptable. We had to leave. I’ve never seen anything like it. We stayed for eight days, two adults, and were left just eight pods for the coffee machine, about half a pod per person per day. The owners chose a pod machine instead of a moka pot. We tried buying more, but the pods were only sold in packs of 100. We asked for more and they kept bringing them, but we still ended up having breakfast at a bar on two mornings. So stingy. Such a shame.

The location was perfect, just 10 meters from Piazza del Campo. It’s a studio, with the double bed tucked into a separate alcove and a sofa bed in the entrance area, which also serves as the living room and kitchenette. Everything was carefully kept and tastefully done. Heating comes from a pellet stove. It’s charming, though maybe not the most practical.

The location worked really well, and the house was spotless. Luca and the owner were exceptionally helpful and kind. I’ll definitely come back, thank you for being so welcoming.

Very good service and excellent value for money. For Aosta, it’s one of the best, and the location is right in the center.
