The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchens have everything you'd need to cook. It's a beautiful location and has clearly been very well looked after.

There was room for both families and then some, thanks to the large house split into three apartments. The garden has several spots to sit and unwind, and the pool is fantastic. The big kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms are very good too. A fantastic agriturismo, definitely recommended.

The owners stayed in the background but still surprised us a few times with thoughtful treats, including delicious beer from Apecchio and homemade crostatq. Annarella's tiramisu was better than what we had at many other restaurants nearby. We had a fantastic stay at La Rocca and would love to return in summer. After many summers, we finally came to Italy in spring, and what a beautiful time to visit. La Rocca was the perfect choice, a gorgeous farmhouse in a phenomenal spot. It's secluded but still close to the village of Apecchio. The steep road up gave us Dutchies a bit of a shock at first, though we got used to it quickly. Our apartment, Autumno, was on the first floor, spacious, beautifully decorated, and renovated with so much care and attention to detail. The garden around the house is stunning, and I walked through it many times. We were lucky to have the farmhouse to ourselves that spring. In summer, only three apartments are occupied, so there are quiet, private places for families to relax. Privacy is something we really value on holiday.

Those terraces around Villa Rocca gave us plenty of room to relax and share some great moments. The pool, with its hot tub, was another real plus after a day out exploring. We spent an unforgettable week there with friends, and the owner's warm, attentive welcome made the stay even better. The villa is a gem on top of a hill. It has been recently renovated while keeping its authentic character, which gives the place a charming, comfortable feel. The views are breathtaking, with the sunrise lighting up Apecchio and the landscape on one side, and an equally spectacular sunset on the other. It's also a great base for people who enjoy nature and adventure, with waterfalls and hiking trails nearby, as well as charming towns to visit around the area. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend Villa Roca for an enchanting getaway.
