Glögglhof

We spent five days here in mid-March, and it was an ideal spot for a holiday with small children. Ducks, rabbits, chickens, a dog, a sandbox, slide, swing, and comfortable garden furniture made it easy to linger. The owners were incredibly friendly. Our apartment was lovingly furnished to a high standard, and the whole farm was spotless.

The Brigl family welcomed us so warmly, and we felt at home at the Glögglhof. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished with so much attention to detail, and better equipped and higher quality than any vacation rental we've stayed in. The farm's own products were fantastic and always available, and the farm tour was really interesting. Everything was just perfect, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

The apartment was roomy and spotless, peaceful inside, and still right near the centre. We spent 12 days at the Glögglhof in early September and came away feeling rested. The Brigl family looked after us so well, and we felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, plus good public transport. We’d happily return and recommend it.

We’re already thinking about another stay with the Brigl family. Helga and Lorenz put so much care into running the Glögglhof, and the farmhouse setting in Girlan feels warm and welcoming. Our apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen. It’s close to the vineyard and the centre, but still quiet, and the balcony looks out toward the mountains. Helga’s breakfast basket had fresh local farm products, also available in the small farm shop. Families with children can enjoy the large grounds and lovely garden too.
