We were there for 13 nights, and it felt like we were friends of the family, not paying guests. Christina was the sweetest host we had in Europe. She pointed out her favorite spots in the pretty winery towns, which are 24 min. walk/4 min. drive away. The Gasthaus was quite nice. The apartment had a lovely private terrace and was perfectly equipped. You could RARELY hear the family or other considerate guest, and parking was a key reason we booked. It was easy to get in and out. A washing machine would have been great if needed. The only thing that kept us from staying a second night was the very slow internet, even with our Orange France data. Christina said the area is putting in Fiber Internet, which should make all the difference.

We spent five nights here and had a really good stay. The owners were great hosts, and the apartment had everything we needed, though it felt a bit small. The bathroom was compact but fine. Our little sitting area was shaded and overgrown with trees and bushes, so we couldn't enjoy the view of St. Pauls and Bolzano. The bed was also a little narrow and the mattress firmer than we like, though that's just our preference. I wish the washing machine hadn't taken up the counter space, and a towel rail would have been useful. Nights were peaceful until the rooster started up at 5:00 a.m.

We found the apartment really comfortable. It has its own entrance, fully separate from the family's home, and comes with a double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, small garden, and parking space.
