Schloss-Hof

We had a wonderful time here with our family, exploring the region around Bozen, and already miss the place. The location above St. Michael has a spectacular view, and the apartments are cozy. Brigitte is the best possible host, always friendly and very supportive. It's also a great starting point for hikes. We'll most certainly visit again!

These are nice holiday apartments with garage parking and views over the Adige valley and the city of Bolzano. The property sits among vineyards and apple orchards. Just be aware that the roads through San Michele to the apartment are very narrow, so getting to the residence takes some patience.

The garage is a real bonus. The place is small, but cozy enough for up to four people.

The view is the real standout here, easily worth more than five stars. Apartment 2 was nice, and we stayed there for a week with our two dogs. We had been told the ground-floor patio and garden were ours, but the garden is shared by all the apartments, and the owners' Labrador uses it as a bathroom. He's friendly, but we often found him outside the French doors, and if the door was open he could come right in, so we had to keep separating him from our dogs and the apartment. Other guests also use the patio to reach the garden, and sometimes walked past the living room window. The apartment could be cleaner and better equipped, and it doesn't have a bidet. Covered parking is first come, first served, so it isn't guaranteed.
