We couldn't reach the hotel because of a force majeure and cancelled four days ahead, but the hotel refused to refund us. The normal cancellation period was one week, and even though we had proof of what happened, they wouldn't make an exception. They said they'd have offered a voucher if we'd booked directly. Booking.com wasn't able to help either, so I lost 800 euros. Avoid this place.

The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was very good. Staff were incredibly attentive, and the hotel has a cozy, rustic mountain feel in a good location. The mattress or bed could use an update, though, and the room kept getting too hot because the thermostat didn't seem to work properly. Opening the windows a little sorted it out.

We stopped here on a motorcycle trip and would happily stay again. The rooms were nice, breakfast was great, and there was free underground parking for the bikes.

The crew were lovely and helpful, especially the waiters Antonio and Angelo. Everyone was fantastic, and the food was delicious. It's a great hotel near some beautiful mountains.

After staying a week, I wouldn't recommend this place. The way visitors are treated felt unfriendly and well below civilized standards. In the end we had to eat elsewhere because the owner's behavior was aggressive.
