We stayed in February with two adults and two children. The apartment was very nice and convenient for getting to the ski slopes, and the spa was excellent with good masseurs. The mattresses could use improvement, but we'd recommend it.

We tried the wellness area, but the staff were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The staff made this hotel feel like a place I'd be happy to return to. The whole team deserves congratulations. Donatella was especially lovely, always kind, helpful, and attentive to guests. Her care and professionalism really suit such a beautiful, welcoming hotel. Laura at reception was also consistently friendly and capable, giving guests a warm welcome from the start. Michele, the bartender, was a real professional. He was friendly and knew a great deal about wine, presenting it with enthusiasm and suggesting choices that turned out to be excellent. The chef at the breakfast buffet was a special touch too. Having a chef right there at a three-star hotel is unusual, and it was lovely to see the care he gave to the quality and presentation of the food. Hotel La Serenella is beautifully maintained down to the details, and you can feel the passion and professionalism behind it.
