Enea Hotel Aprilia

The service was incredible, especially given the situation. My flight was canceled and the airline put everyone up here. About a hundred of us arrived late, many without having eaten lunch or dinner, and the staff got us all rooms and served dinner too. I can't say enough about how well they handled it. The room itself felt dated. There was a huge dead bug right inside, the door handle was coming loose, and the automatic blinds looked worn. The main lobby seemed clean, though I can't speak for the other rooms. It wouldn't be my favorite place, but the staff were amazing.

The surroundings aren't much to look at, with a retail park and plenty of industry nearby, but it was quiet indoors and I slept well. The room was comfortable and smart, and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast had pastries, cereal, and juices to choose from, though no hot food.

We had a lovely stay here as a couple. The view from our room was great, and both the hotel and restaurant staff gave fantastic service. Breakfast had a good range, and there are at least two shopping malls nearby. We also met the Room Division Manager, who was very friendly. We'd happily return.

The place is elegant and I liked it, though it's on the expensive side. We had dinner: smoked salmon antipasto for 12€, two pasta dishes at 14€ each, and two desserts, altogether 50€. The pasta was good, but the dessert didn't live up to what I expected. Our waiter was a lovely, well-mannered man, and they gave us a 20% discount. I'd recommend it.
