The food was fabulous, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. This place brings Sicilian country charm together with a farm-to-table experience in a really special way. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.

Fontes Episcopi BIO Resort, Contrada Fontes Episcopi, 92021 Aragona felt like an oasis away from the city, a step back into a simpler way of life that's carried on for thousands of years. Very special. We loved relaxing by the pool and having a massage at the spa. My favorite was Shiatsu. The homemade food was delicious, especially Chef Maddalena's cooking. For a day out, we walked with Lorenzo, a highly educated and well-traveled, lovely person, on the Timeless Wonders: Valley of the Temples Tour and Exclusive Lunch at Essence of Sicily's Secret Garden. We also took a private trip into the countryside, including a small village of 1,000 people where people live peacefully and naturally live to 100 years old. The Exclusive Sicilian Country Life: Val di Kam included a cooking class in a private home, making pizza and Cannoli’s, in Sant'Angelo Muxaro. Ask for Claudia, who is highly educated and well-traveled, and a lovely person. Our private driver, Angelo from Essence of Sicsily, was amazing too. We were there for four nights in September 2025, and it was one of our favorite stays from all our travels. The property is beautiful, the people running it are so friendly, and the food every evening was phenomenal.

We took a fabulous cooking class here, and I loved the resort's quaint feel, even with its pools. The staff were incredibly attentive. All the outstanding food is grown on their land, even the wheat. I also had a massage that relieved a pain that had been bothering me for a while.
