The host lady is a gem. This is a lovely spot for a nice view and authentic Sardinian food made with vegetables grown locally in the garden.

We spent one night in a quirky apartment with comfortable beds, but it was damp and looked quite shabby. The place has a lot of potential that hasn’t been realized. The bathrooms are very basic, with 70x70 showers and curtains, weak water pressure, and a broken faucet that fell on my foot. There’s no internet, and my phone had no signal at all. It’s not a good fit if you want comfort and perfect cleanliness, though it may suit people who can adapt or want an “into the wild” kind of stay. I also think the price is high. One more thing, watch the two Pitbull dogs. They’re very docile with people, but not cat lovers, so keep the cat indoors if that happens.

The restaurant service was excellent, and there’s a beautiful archaeological site just above the property. We had a wonderful stay, with a perfect welcome and hospitality. We expected only a room, but got a whole apartment instead, bright, fresh, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The property is much nicer than it looks in the photos.

Hi, I wanted to share a few things about this place and the people who run it. The location is beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the quiet, lovely surroundings made it easy to rest. I really recommend the restaurant too, even if you don’t need a room. Stop for lunch or dinner: the products are genuine and come straight from their animals, which are used to grazing. Sig.ra Daniela and her husband are such kind people. Daniela makes the pasta herself, and we got so attached to their simple way of doing things that it was hard to leave. They made us feel at home, and I’m glad we met them. If I return to Sardinia, I’ll go out of my way to visit, even if I’m somewhere else, just to say hello to people I now think of as friends. I could say much more, but that would spoil the surprise. I’m glad I didn’t read the review complaining about an unready room and no receipt beforehand. I’m not easily swayed by arguments over tax paperwork, especially given what our government says about that. As for the farm stay, I disagree that it was unclean. If someone can’t tolerate seeing a little spider, maybe they’d be happier at the Sheraton, though it won’t have the same honest products or human warmth, just formal procedures. Maybe a room prepared right at the time is more spontaneous, why not? I believe in this place, and so does my husband Ivo. Regards, Patrizia.
