The restaurant was very good, and breakfast came in a charming setting. Our room was up to a very good standard, with a great terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts were the best: once they learned it was our honeymoon, they decorated the room. I’d recommend it!

The garden is lovely and comfortable for dining, but there was no lunch available when we first arrived, and the guy couldn't suggest an alternative. We got there at 14:00 after a long bike ride in the sun and were greeted with “documenti!” When we tried to sit outside, we were sent to the indoor dining area (see picture). We refused, and then got the silent treatment. Apparently that was our problem.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the generous dinners, and relaxing evenings on the terrace. The apartment had a nice sea view and turned out to be peaceful once we got used to it being about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Still, it’s far from the beach, there’s no air conditioning, and we dealt with hundreds of mosquitoes. There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms, though you can use it in the hotel lobby. If those things don’t bother you, you might enjoy it. We did.

Raffaella made us feel right at home during a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The food was amazing and the service perfect. It’s a must if you’re in the area. Thanks for having us, and see you in Sappada ;)

I’ve never been a customer of that hotel and never signed up for anything, but I keep getting spam emails from them. Update, 27.12.2018: the spam is still coming. When will their ISP disconnect them and their hoster shut down the website? Please help report them!
