You get a lovely mountain view from every room. The rooms are clean, and the decor by the river feels cozy. The host is very kind. :)

Alessandro went out of his way to help and was very kind about our needs. We spent three lovely days here. The apartment is clean and well cared for, with a beautiful view from the room and a central spot in Arco. Thanks so much, I'd recommend it to everyone!

Our fourth-floor room was spacious and looked out over the garden. The apartment sits in a quiet but central spot, and we'd happily return. The supermarket and Piazza in Arco are both only a short walk away. The included parking is inside the property courtyard, behind a gate. Getting the key was easy since the landlord sent all the details through WhatsApp. We sorted the return the same way, left the key in the lock, and that was it. 🙂👍

For its location and amenities, this apartment is incredibly affordable. It's fantastic, and Alessandro is among the best hosts I've met. He's friendly, helpful, and always available.
