There’s free parking and EV charging, and the pool sits in lovely green surroundings. We had coffee and snacks available all day, along with water and ice cubes, and breakfast was good. The hotel is really nice, in a beautiful setting, and feels like a romantic place to relax. The one drawback is the drive to the lake, about 15 minutes.

Arcolive is a great choice if you want peace and relaxation. The rooms are spacious, with balconies overlooking the mountain cliffs, and the Italian breakfast was so good. Staff were super friendly. There’s a 24/7 kitchen with water, tea, coffee, fruit and even sandwiches, and the rooms use PIN codes.

The staff took excellent care of everyone and were amazing. ARCOLIVE is modern and well designed, especially for Italy, and after traveling all over the world and seeing plenty of nice hotels, I’d put it among the top ones. It’s a perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Just book and enjoy.

The room was large and comfortable, and the view was amazing. Arcolive is quiet and close to the center, but away from the tourist bustle. We can recommend staying here. When we visited, there was just one other family at the hotel, and we only crossed paths at breakfast. The breakfast was small but good quality. We forgot to say we’d prefer vegan or vegetarian food, which was our mistake, and I’m sure they could have offered other choices if we’d asked. The staff were friendly and helpful, though communication was limited. Check-in was online and through WhatsApp, and we only saw staff at breakfast. They offer a pillow menu, but nobody explained how it worked. A few things didn’t match the otherwise good impression: cleaning staff left dirty dishes in our room and hair in the shower. The room light flashed and buzzed, and one bulb had a band aid over it, which was a bit odd. The person we guessed was the hotel owner was the only one who made us uncomfortable. He seemed a little unfriendly to us as a lesbian couple, and when he was around, the staff also seemed tense. We think it would be a nice place in summer when the pool is open. Compared with other hotels and Airbnbs nearby, it wasn’t much more expensive, at least in the off season. You can help yourself for free to coffee, tea, sparkling water, leftover breakfast snacks, cookies, and mini-bar drinks like Coca-Cola, iced tea, lemon soda, and water.
