We were eight people on a long weekend and were put in two apartments on the same floor, which made it easy for us to have dinner together. Both apartments were roomy and comfortable. The loft beds were less comfortable because their mattresses were very low. Still, I'd recommend the property.

The apartment was new, clean, comfortable, and right in the centre, but it was expensive compared with similar places that cost less. What really disappointed me was the payment confusion. I asked to pay when we arrived and was told Booking.com would take care of it. A month later, I was asked to pay by bank transfer because the transaction hadn't gone through. They contacted me several times under another guest's name, which made things very confusing, and everything was handled through an intermediary rather than directly with the property. Mistakes happen, but I expected them to be open and precise about it, and to deal with me directly.

We've stayed here three times now, and Anita made it really easy to arrange everything. The apartments are lovingly furnished and everything is brand new. You'll find what you need for a stay in Arco, plus there's even a free climbing guide. Thanks, Anita. We'd be happy to come back.

The location is great, and there's definitely a place in the house to store bikes. The apartment is in the attic, though, so it's dark and hot. The cleaning could be a lot better.
