I was really disappointed by this spa. We paid €16.50 for entry, plus extra to rent a towel, then found out the sauna was “closed for the summer,” even though the website says there's one. Nobody mentioned that before we paid. When we asked for a refund, the receptionist argued with us for half an hour and gave back only some of the money. It felt like a total scam.

We only learned the sauna was shut after paying €16.50 and the towel rental. They wouldn't refund the full amount and said we didn't have all the receipts. The place didn't feel trustworthy at all. Not worth it, stay away.

They charged us without first saying the sauna was unavailable in the middle of summer. We hadn't used anything, so we asked for our money back right away, but they came up with excuses and returned only part of what we'd paid. A “spa” without a sauna. Completely unacceptable and very shady.

We felt cheated. We bought tickets because we wanted to use the sauna, then were told after paying that it was closed for the season. The receptionist hadn't mentioned it beforehand. We didn't even swim, but they still kept most of our money. The customer service was the worst I've experienced in a long time.

They advertise sauna and wellness services, but the sauna was closed when we got there, with no warning or apology. We paid €16.50 and extra for towel rental, used nothing, and left. They returned only a fraction and refused to give us the full amount back. Really unprofessional. Don't waste your money.
