The hotel was clean, the service was really good, and breakfast was tasty, with lactose-free and gluten-free options. They also asked about allergies at check-in. It's right beside Arco Old Town, an extraordinary location, and we'll definitely come back. We came for a few days in August to do via ferratas, though the extreme heat made the broken AC especially hard to deal with. The receptionist kindly brought us a fan, but sleeping was still difficult. With the window open, insects flew in and the outside noise was very bothersome. We think it was just bad luck and won't happen again. 🙂

We stayed just one night and had a good breakfast. After a long day of travel, the private wellness for 60€ was really nice. The private parking area is small, as people have said, but I wanted to give it a try. It was manageable even with a bigger car, as long as you fold the side mirrors in.

The staff were the highlight for me. The reception team were helpful and friendly, spoke several languages well, and did so much to make both the hotel stay and time in the area enjoyable. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a good bed and air conditioning that worked brilliantly in the summer heat. It was quiet and set away from the roads, which made it especially relaxing. Breakfast was really good too, with a juice press, tempting pastries, fresh fruit, and plenty of choices. Parking was easy to arrange with the staff, and there was a large lot nearby. They also had a few small private spaces, though getting to them means driving through a narrow passage. I especially enjoyed the little bouldering hall with a climbing wall, a fun chance to try something new and not something you see in many hotels. I stayed here in Arco this summer and would happily recommend it to other travelers. Many thanks to the staff for making it memorable. I'm already looking forward to returning.
