I’d stay here again if I return to Arco. The apartment was neat and very clean, with a lovely mountain view from the kitchen window, and it was quiet since it sits away from the street. Getting around by car was easy too, with plenty of room to park and maneuver. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, even dish towels and dishwasher detergent, so the apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. It’s about seven minutes on foot to the center and three to a grocery store. Just perfect!

A clean, pleasant little place in Arco, with a nice room even though it was small. The location was good, about a 10-minute walk from the center. When I hurt my ankle, the lovely older woman did her best to help me. Thanks for a nice stay!

Mrs. Franca was kind, and the room had new furnishings. The location is right in central Arco, around a five-minute walk to the main square. Since it was off-season, we couldn’t have breakfast at the property, but they gave us a discount. I’d keep this place in mind for a visit to beautiful Arco.

I’ve been staying at Residence Franca in Arco for years, and it’s become my regular choice. The value for money is excellent, and the family atmosphere feels welcoming, with the owners always ready to help but never intrusive. The apartments are spacious, new, and tastefully furnished in a modern style, with everything needed to feel at home. Cleanliness is another thing they consistently get right: the rooms are impeccable and the linens always smell fresh. The location is handy and quiet, whether you’re passing through or staying longer in the Garda Trentino area. I always enjoy being in Arco, and the comfort and care in the details make each visit a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Franca is such a gracious, kind person, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for a vacation rental and newly furnished, with a lovely balcony set up with a table and chairs. It’s practically in the town center, yet in a quiet area. The place was impeccably clean, and it came with all the bed linen and towels we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils for cooking. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.
