We stayed here during the week of August 15th and found the house beautiful, well equipped, and very carefully maintained. The view of the old medieval village is stunning, and Arcola is close to lots of famous places to visit. Mrs. Franca was so helpful and friendly. The value for money is excellent. I recommend it to everyone!

Grandpa's House is a cozy, comfortable little apartment in the Ligurian hinterland, about 15 minutes from the sea. It’s beautifully kept, with lovely views from both the kitchen and bedroom. Franca gave us a very attentive welcome and suggested L'Oasi Verde, a wonderful place to try delicious panigacci sgabei. We always travel with our dogs, and that made this stay especially pleasant.

The covered parking and convenient base for visiting the Cinque Terre and other nearby places made getting around easy. The house has two apartments and a garden, set in a peaceful part of town. From the terrace there are lovely views of historic Arcole, the olive garden, and the lemon tree. Everything was clean and fully equipped, and the owner was very friendly. It’s the sort of place you’d happily stay in for a long time.

Franca was so welcoming and helpful, and we’d definitely come back. The small house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location worked really well for us, about 15 minutes from the beach. Highly recommended!

It felt like staying with family, thanks to how kind and welcoming everyone was. The upstairs terrace is a real highlight, with a lovely view. The house itself is cute, practical, and spotlessly clean. It’s a little out of the way, but a great choice if you want to get away from the city without going too far.
